A dispatch ticket isn't done when it's booked. Jobs run long, parts get ordered, schedules shift — and the customer needs to hear it from a person, not a portal. This role keeps that loop closed.

Dispatch ticket handling, day-of customer updates, reschedule coordination, and post-service follow-up so completed jobs actually get closed out.
