Background
Worked through a few smaller shops before joining Berne. The cooking side and the bar side overlap more than people realize — both come down to gas, electrical, and the cleanliness of the system that the operator skipped on PM.
What I work on
Wolf, Viking, and Thermador ranges and ovens; Hatco warming systems; Bunn coffee equipment; Lancer and Cornelius beverage dispensers; Taylor frozen-drink machines. Cooktops, ignitions, valves, and electronic ignition controls.
Why I work at Berne
The fleet stocks the right brand-specific parts. I'm not waiting on overnight shipping every time a Viking ignitor blows.
