Anthony Polinsky
Ventilation and dryer technician. Seven years on commercial gas dryers, exhaust runs and makeup air.
Background
I started on installs, which is where you learn how badly a duct run can be built and still pass inspection. Crushed flex behind a stack, forty feet of pipe with four elbows, a lint trap nobody has opened since the laundromat changed hands. The dryer is usually not the problem.
What I work on
Commercial gas and electric dryers — igniters, flame sensors, high-limit and cycling thermostats, belts and rollers, coin and card timers. Exhaust duct inspection, cleaning and rerouting, plus makeup-air balance in laundry rooms that run negative pressure and choke every machine on the wall.
Why I work at Berne
Dispatch gives me the time to check the duct instead of pushing me to swap an element and move on.
Service area
Laundromats, multifamily laundry rooms and hotels across Broward and northern Miami-Dade. English and Russian.
