Background
Parts is where commercial service either works or fails. Berne procurement maintains relationships with Marcone, Reliable Parts, and OEM distributors (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, UniMac) so that next-day part availability stops being a customer-facing problem.
What this role covers
Daily parts pull for the next day's dispatch board, OEM distributor coordination, MSA World parts-program management, urgent overnight sourcing for emergency commercial calls, and the warranty-parts paperwork that keeps OEM coverage in play.
