Dispatch is the difference between a same-day fix and a return visit. The role covers technician routing, parts pre-load, ETA windows, and the day-of customer communication that keeps a property manager calm when a walk-in goes down at 6 a.m.
What this role covers
Live routing across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Triage of incoming dispatch tickets, technician load balancing, parts-on-truck verification, and same-day reschedule logistics when a job runs long.
